Returning a Rockguardz Item

We pride ourselves on making premium quality products but sometimes things don’t quite work out.

In those rare cases, we’ll offer you a refund or replacement to get you back on track.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your RockGuardZ purchase you may return it within 2 months of receipt.

Returns must be in an unused and undamaged state.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.

However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24hrs.

Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.

How to Return Your Rockguardz Item:

Contact us in advance via our contact page to discuss your purchase and inform us that you’re looking to make a return.

Place your RockGuardZ item in suitable packaging.

Include a note with details of your purchase, including your name and address, contact details and reason for return.

Post the item back to:

RockGuardZ, Unit 2, Weirbrook House, Nr West Felton, Shropshire, SY11 4ES.

We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed.

Non-UK Customers:

In order to avoid customs charges please mark the outside of your package, ‘RETURNED GOODS FAILED SALE’.

Rockguardz Crash Replacement Guarantee

Wrecking is racing, right?

Accidents happen and we offer a crash replacement guarantee for all of our products to get you back in action, hassle-free.

If any of your Rockguardz products are damaged, we’ll offer you 25% off the purchase price of a new one.

To claim, simply purchase your replacement and email us your purchase confirmation and a photo of your damaged item.

Once received, we’ll refund you 25% of the price you paid for your new item.

Please note, we’re only able to offer this service on items that are damaged beyond the point of being usable.

Wear and tear, minor or cosmetic damage isn’t covered.
